The Satan's Cheerleaders mourn the loss of Joey Ramone. Joey was a high priest of punk. We wouldn't be exactly who we are without him. All of us were raised on the Ramones and we love to dance to them. Ruby Lamb confesses that she once resembled Joey (that look worked fine for Joey but, um, not on Ruby). Special sympathy to Marky Ramone who we had the honor of touring with. |

The Satan's Cheerleaders will perform onstage with The Flametrick Subs on Friday, April 20th at Club Clearview. The set will probably start between 11 pm and midnight. |

Yes, it is confirmed. We are going to be at E3 in May with The Flametrick Subs. Last year was great. Will this year be even more? We hope to meet a lot of you there. We will be performing on both Friday and Saturday afternoons. More details as we get them... |

The Satan's Cheerleaders will make their national television debut (and, shortly thereafter, international) on a show called "Weird Worlds" airing on The Learning Channel. The current air date is June 1, 2001. The segment is in an episode called "Rites of Passage" which documents the initiation of our webmistress, Ruby Lamb, into the sisterhood of The Satan's Cheerleaders. We will probably have a local viewing party in Austin- details to be announced as we get them. Also, the cheerleaders are featured as part of the opening credits for the entire season of the show! |
